HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO ARRIVE?


We will despatch your order within 24-48 hours.  Once despatched, your order should be with you within 1-10 working days depending on your location.  However sometimes delays may occur which are beyond our control. If you require your order urgently please contact us for additional delivery options.

The courier companies we use may change from time to time to ensure we are providing you with the best service.

We accept all of the following credit cards:

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

If you are not happy with your purchase of your elegant ladies clothes, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt by you. You can return the items for any reason as long as they are unworn and in their original condition (ie with  all tags attached and in the original packaging). 

Your package will include a return form and a return address label. Just fill in the form, attach the return address label onto the original package label and post the item to us.

Please note that returned items are posted at your expense.

WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK?

We will refund the full value  of any items returned in their original condition within 14 days of us receiving them. We will make the refund against the original method of payment and will notify you by e-mail. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund payment to be processed.  

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund items which have signs of wear (ie torn tags, traces of lipstick or other  signs of excessive handling).

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

 

 

WHAT IF IT DOESN’T FIT?

 

If the item you ordered does not fit, you can simply exchange it for another size.

Your package will include a return form and a return address label. Just fill in the form stating the size you require and attach the return address label onto the original package label and post the item to us.

We will post the new item to you within 5 working days from receipt of the original item.

 

 

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED HAS A FAULT?

If you believe the item you received is faulty, you need to return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. Just fill in the form (giving details of the fault) included in your package, attach the return address label onto the original postal packaging and post the item to us. We will send you a replacement item within 5 working days of receipt.
